Job summary

Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy. The Head of GTM, Workforce will lead and expand our commercial presence across HR technology platforms, staffing, background screening, payroll/HRIS, and large enterprises, driving new business, and shaping the GTM strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in enterprise or SaaS sales, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record of quota achievement and revenue growth in HR tech, staffing, or workforce domains.
• Experience selling to HR and workforce risk stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize growth across HR tech platforms, staffing agencies, background screening, payroll/HRIS, and enterprise clients.
• Build, lead, and mentor a GTM team focused on net-new logo acquisition and expanding current client relationships.
• Oversee the entire sales lifecycle: pipeline generation, forecasting, negotiation, closing, and post-sales handoff.
• Establish goals and metrics; drive performance for revenue, bookings, and market share.
• Foster relationships with CHROs, Heads of Talent Acquisition, VPs of People, and other HR executives to tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Account Management on Workforce-specific GTM campaigns and use cases.
• Provide feedback on product-market fit and influence roadmap prioritization for Workforce solutions.
• Represent Socure at industry events to build brand equity and drive inbound interest.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Workforce product suite and market trends.
