Job summary

Match Group, home to Tinder and a broad portfolio of brands, is seeking a Senior Director of Growth Technology & Platforms to lead MarTech Engineering, data foundations, and AI-enabled growth initiatives in a global context.

You will set strategy, drive priorities, and build a cohesive, high-impact team across engineering, data, program management, and organic growth while expanding shared capabilities for the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in marketing technology, growth engineering, or platform leadership.
• Led a platform or technology capability with a clear roadmap and measurable impact.
• Experience making build, buy, and partner decisions, including managing technology vendors.
• Technical depth to engage with senior engineers on architecture and platform tradeoffs.
• Experience partnering with Analytics/ML teams to operationalize model outputs into scalable growth systems.
• Experience supporting consumer growth or performance marketing ecosystems, including mobile marketing and audience infrastructure.
• Experience applying automation or AI-enabled workflows to marketing or growth use cases.
• Ability to communicate decisions, tradeoffs and investment recommendations clearly to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Growth Technology Strategy & Roadmap: set strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for scalable capabilities.
• Team & Capability Leadership: grow a multidisciplinary org spanning engineering, data foundations, PM, and Organic Growth.
• MarTech & Data Foundations: build shared tech, data, and delivery foundations for measurement and activation.
• Organic Growth & AI Discovery: build centralized SEO/ASO/GEO/AI Search capabilities across the portfolio.
• AI-Powered Growth Operations: scale AI-enabled capabilities across campaign automation and intelligence.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and AI/ML to drive high-value initiatives.
