Match Group is seeking a Senior Director of Growth Technology & Platforms to lead MarTech Engineering, Marketing Data Foundations, and AI-enabled growth initiatives. • 12+ years in marketing technology, growth engineering, or platform leadership.
• Led a platform or technology capability with a roadmap, prioritization, and measurable business impact.
• Experience with build/buy/partner decisions and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for Growth Technology; translate needs into scalable capabilities.
• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary organization across engineering, data foundations, program management and Organic Growth.
• Oversee MarTech & Data Foundations to power measurement, audiences, activation, experimentation, and creative tech.
• Position Organic Growth/AI Discovery with SEO, ASO, GEO, and AI Search; scale learning across the portfolio.
• Advance AI-powered Growth Operations to improve planning, execution, and decision making.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and AI/ML leaders to align priorities.
