Clients Blackbox is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to own the sales process and develop internal marketing strategies. You will manage sales from initial conversations to contract while running Meta advertising campaigns.

This role offers a base salary of $85,000 plus performance-based commission, targeting an OTE of $150,000 annually. It is fully remote and provides an opportunity to lead a sales and marketing team as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B closing experience with a proven record of earning $125,000+.
• Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of 2 to 6 weeks.
• Comfortable operating in both sales and marketing functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales from initial conversations to signed contracts.
• Build and execute internal marketing strategies.
• Run Meta advertising campaigns and develop broader marketing strategies.
