Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in analytics or related field.
- 12–15+ years in analytics, data science, digital strategy, or pricing roles.
- 5+ years in senior or executive leadership and cross-functional influence.
- Deep experience in marketing analytics (acquisition, retention, attribution, segmentation).
- Strong product analytics, funnel analytics, experimentation, and LP growth measurement.
- Proven success applying AI/ML, automation, SQL, and advanced analytics in commercial settings.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of analytics across digital growth, product decisions, pricing, and marketing effectiveness.
- Set and lead the digital analytics strategy across marketing, pricing, product, and go-to-market analytics.
- Advance AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve decision quality and revenue growth.
- Lead pricing analytics, experimentation, revenue optimization, and pricing product development.
- Lead marketing analytics across acquisition, retention, lifecycle, attribution, personalization, segmentation, and channel performance.
- Drive product analytics capabilities, funnel optimization, and measurement of digital experiences.
- Translate complex data into executive insights influencing strategy and investments.
- Build and lead a high-performing analytics team with governance and operating rhythms.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed analytics into planning and performance management.
