LiveSwitch is hiring a Director of Marketing to build a world-class, data-driven marketing organization. You will lead demand generation, brand, and product marketing while shaping strategy and scalable programs to drive rapid revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Sales and executives to understand buyer journeys across verticals, manage budget and ROI KPIs, and elevate communications with PR and social channels.

Formación

• Proven ability to tie demand creation to sales pipeline and manage inbound marketing, lead nurturing and teleprospecting.
• Experience leading B2B SaaS/digital marketing in a growth-stage environment.
• Strong organizational leadership, team development and ROI-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of marketing initiatives: demand generation, brand, product marketing, content, communications, PR, events, insights and analytics.
• Develop overarching marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Formulate and refine acquisition and retention programs aligned with company strategy.
• Build and lead a world-class marketing organization with talent development and scalable processes.
• Manage marketing budget and ROI KPIs; collaborate with Sales on the buyer's journey and collateral creation.
• Oversee corporate communications, internal comms, and social media; ensure consistent brand execution across touchpoints.
