Job summary

Rebill is seeking a senior growth leader to own acquisition and demand programs across LATAM and the United States. The role sits with the GTM Evangelist motion and reports to the founders, collaborating closely with sales.

You will design programs, amplify events, and ensure repeatable growth, leveraging AI tools daily. Based in the Americas, you will coordinate with product marketing and partnerships to scale public presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, GTM, or product marketing with pipeline ownership.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or B2B infra selling into LATAM/Americas.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Comfort with modern growth tooling including analytics, CRM attribution, ads, content distribution, and experimentation.
• Bias to ship and run experiments over perfect decks.
• AI tools used daily to move faster.

Responsibilities

• Own growth programs to drive mid-market and scaling companies into the funnel; manage channel mix, messaging tests, and conversion from touch to sales-ready.
• Turn events, launches, evangelist moments into reach with content, paid/organic distribution, and press.
• Maintain one-liner and narrative consistency across site, ads, and sales enablement.
• Instrument sources, CPL/CPA quality, pipeline contribution, and establish sales feedback loops.
• Develop ecosystem GTM with accelerators, communities, and partners as channels.
