Job summary

OneTrust is seeking a Director, Web & Digital Growth to own and scale its global digital growth system. You will drive strategy across web, SEO, paid media, and analytics, aligning budget and resources to pipeline and revenue goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, establish shared decision rights, and accelerate execution while evolving the operating cadence and measurement models to prove ROI. This is an office-first role in the San Francisco area.

Qualifications

12+ years in digital marketing and leadership across web, paid media, SEO/AEO, and analytics.
Experience leading integrated digital growth across web, paid media, SEO/AEO, conversion optimization, and analytics in B2B SaaS.
Hands-on with CMS migration and headless CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

Define and execute OneTrust’s global digital growth strategy across web, SEO/AEO, paid search, paid social, display, video, audience activation, conversion optimization, personalization, and digital analytics.
Own the integrated digital roadmap and prioritization, aligning resources to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Lead web as a growth engine: optimize journeys, landing pages, offers, forms, routing, and next-best actions.
Establish operating model connecting paid media, web, analytics, content, and regional execution.
Set strategy for experimentation, CRO, and personalization with ROI.
