• Ability to turn campaign insights into business impact.
• Experience driving global SEM programs and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global SEM strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and emerging platforms.
• Own budget pacing, forecasting, and in-market optimization for regional growth.
• Lead end-to-end paid search operations: architecture, bidding, targeting, ad copy, and landing page alignment.
• Drive data-driven optimization for bids, keywords, creatives, and conversion paths.
• Build reporting dashboards translating campaign data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Lead testing and adoption of new search features and AI-enabled optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with Global Campaigns, Brand, Field Marketing, Web, Analytics, and external partners for data integrity.
• Partner with creative/content teams to tailor messaging to audience intent.
