OneTrust is seeking a Manager of Paid Search to lead and scale our global paid search program. You will drive strategy, execution, optimization, and performance reporting across regions, aligning media with business goals and new AI-enabled opportunities.

This role requires deep SEM expertise, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration. You will manage budgets, forecast demand, and own end-to-end operations from keyword strategy to landing page alignment, with a focus on delivering

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global SEM strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, ChatGPT Ads and emerging search/LLM formats.
• Own budget allocation, pacing, forecasting, and in-market optimization across regions.
• Lead end-to-end paid search operations including architecture, bidding, audience targeting, and landing page alignment.
• Drive optimization using data-driven approaches to improve bids, keywords, creatives, and conversion paths.
• Build reporting dashboards translating campaign data into actionable insights for marketing leadership.
