Job summary

Omni seeks a Director, Total Rewards to own global compensation, benefits, and retirement programs. This strategic, greenfield role partners with the CHRO and Finance, leading design, implementation, and ongoing administration across the US, LATAM, UK, and APAC.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, builds programs from scratch, and acts as a strategic partner to senior leadership while rolling up their sleeves to execute. This is a high-impact leadership position in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 10–15+ years HR experience, with at least 7 years in compensation/benefits/total rewards.
• Global Total Rewards experience across multiple geographies.
• Experience managing outsourced vendors and EOR providers across markets.
• Strong knowledge of job evaluation, benchmarking, and market pricing tools.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage global compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
• Lead compensation processes including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure, base pay, and incentive plans.
• Develop and maintain competitive salary structures across geographies.
• Oversee benchmarking through outsourced partners to ensure pay equity.
• Manage annual compensation reviews and merit increases with HRBPs and managers.
• Partner with CHRO and Finance on budgeting and cost modeling.
