Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a strategic leader for Global Total Rewards to develop and administer comprehensive compensation and benefit programs. This executive role partners with senior leaders to align pay strategies with business objectives across the US and global footprint, including LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.

Experience with publicly traded companies, complex structures, and M&A integration is highly valued.

Qualifications

10-15 years of compensation and benefits design and planning.
Proven managerial experience as a global senior level total rewards leader.
Executive compensation experience.
BA, MBA, or BS from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

Develop and administer compensation and benefits plans globally.
Lead compensation and benefits teams and ensure compliance.
Oversee annual incentive compensation and other incentive plans.
Design and administer stock compensation plans for retention and fiduciary responsibility.
Coordinate health and welfare benefit programs and 401(k)/ESPP offerings.
Align communications of plans with HR and Finance leaders.
Manage budget and guidelines for global locations.
Link performance management to pay and career development.
Oversee pay programs and changes to align with the business.
