Job summary

Chubb is seeking a seasoned Head of COG Reinsurance Services to lead Billing and Settlements across Global Treaty operations. You will manage two Tower Heads, drive end-to-end performance, and align processes with global standards while reporting to the SVP, COG Reinsurance Operations & Transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Advanced degree or reinsurance-related certification (ARe, CPCU) is a plus.
• 10+ years of reinsurance operations, finance, or accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Tower Leadership & People Management: Directly manage the COG Reinsurance Billing and Settlements teams; set goals and development plans; oversee succession planning.
• Operational Oversight: Own end-to-end billing and collections performance across Global Treaty; manage statement issuance, cash application, aged debt and SOX controls.
• Stakeholder Management: Primary contact for external Brokers and Reinsurers and internal stakeholders on Global Treaty Billing and Settlements matters.
• Process & Controls: Ensure desktop procedures, SOX documentation, and query management framework are current across both towers.
• Process Improvement: Own the roadmap for structural process and automation improvements across Billing and Settlements; drive global process alignment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
