Job summary

Chubb External is seeking a Head of COG Reinsurance Services to lead the Billing and Settlements towers, reporting to the SVP of COG Reinsurance Operations & Transformation. You will oversee end-to-end billing and collections across the Global Treaty reinsurance portfolio, driving standardization and performance through two towers and multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in reinsurance operations with a proven ability to lead through others, strong executive communication,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
Advanced degree or reinsurance-related certification (ARe, CPCU) a plus.
10+ years of reinsurance operations, finance, or accounting experience.
Deep knowledge of reinsurance treaty mechanics (QS, XOL) and billing/collections processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the COG Reinsurance Billing and Settlements teams; set goals and development plans.
Own end-to-end billing and collections performance across Global Treaty, including statement issuance, cash application, aged debt, and SOX controls.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external brokers and reinsurers and internal senior stakeholders on billing matters.
Ensure desktop procedures, SOX documentation, and query management are current and consistently applied.
Own the roadmap for process improvements and automation across Billing and Settlements; drive global process alignment.
