Chubb European Group Ltd. seeks Head of COG Reinsurance Services to lead Billing and Settlements across the Global Treaty portfolio. You will manage two towers, set goals, and drive consistent standards through the teams.

The role requires end-to-end ownership of billing and collections performance, strong stakeholder management with external brokers and reinsurers, and rigorous SOX controls. You will develop desktop procedures and pursue automation and process improvements globally.

Formación

• Extensive experience leading global billing and settlements in reinsurance.
• Proven track record managing multiple teams and driving standards.
• Strong governance of KPIs and SOX-compliant processes.

Responsabilidades

• Tower Leadership & People Management: Directly manage Billing and Settlements teams; set goals and succession plans.
• Operational Oversight: Own end-to-end billing and collections performance across Global Treaty with KPIs.
• Stakeholder Management: Primary contact for Brokers, Reinsurers and senior COG Finance stakeholders.
• Process & Controls: Maintain SOX docs and desktop procedures across both towers.
• Process Improvement: Roadmap for automation and global process alignment across COG and regions.
