Job summary

Chubb seeks a Head of COG Reinsurance Services to lead the Billing and Settlements towers within COG Reinsurance Operations, reporting to the SVP. This senior role manages end-to-end billing and collections across the Global Treaty portfolio and drives consistent standards across two operating teams.

The ideal candidate is an experienced reinsurance operations leader who can manage through others, execute SOX controls, and partner with Brokers, Reinsurers, and internal stakeholders to optimize

Qualifications

• 10+ years of reinsurance operations, finance, or accounting experience.
• Deep knowledge of reinsurance treaty mechanics (QS, XOL) and billing/collections processes.
• Familiarity with Sapiens or comparable reinsurance systems, PeopleSoft AR, and Alteryx and AI-enabled automation.
• Proven ability to lead through others and drive results across teams not directly performing the work.
• Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to represent the function to senior management and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Tower Leadership & People Management: Directly manage the COG Reinsurance Billing and Settlements teams and set goals.
• Operational Oversight: Own end-to-end billing and collections performance across Global Treaty.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external Brokers and Reinsurers and internal stakeholders.
• Process & Controls: Ensure SOX documentation and procedures are current and followed.
• Process Improvement: Own roadmap for process and automation improvements across Billing and Settlements.
