Job summary

Connect Centric, LLC. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead regional initiatives, grow student and professional membership, and strengthen engagement with international chapters from a fully remote base in the United States.

You will collaborate with global teams, volunteer leaders, faculty advisors, and external partners, leveraging market insights and partnerships to expand reach and improve programs.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in program management, membership organizations, or international market engagement.
• Proficiency in Spanish; Portuguese strongly preferred.
• Ability to independently manage priorities and multiple projects across countries and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional strategy to grow membership and engagement across student and professional segments.
• Research member needs, institutional dynamics, and local competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop partnerships with universities, industry partners, and scientific societies.
