Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior management with direct oversight of operational teams.
• Experience in payment operations or banking operations within a regulated institution.
• Strong knowledge of card networks, NACHA rules, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all payment and settlement operations for the Bank including card acquiring settlement and ACH processing.
• Oversee loan disbursement processing and dispute resolution with proper segregation of duties.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for payment operations and regulatory reporting.
