Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of digital marketing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or technology organizations.
• 2+ years in a management or leadership role.
• Strong expertise in website management, SEO, paid media, and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience with AEO, AI-driven search, and impact of large language models on digital discovery.
• Experience managing B2B websites as demand generation channels and improving engagement.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and execution of Energy Exemplar’s global digital marketing strategy across website, organic search, paid media, social media, and digital experiences.
• Manage and optimize energyexemplar.com as a global demand generation channel, improving website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Develop and implement a repeatable digital marketing playbook to support integration of acquired companies into Energy Exemplar’s ecosystem.
• Lead global SEO initiatives, including technical SEO, on‑page optimization, content strategy, and authority building.
• Develop and implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies for AI assistants, LLMs, and emerging search platforms.
• Monitor evolving digital trends and enterprise buyer preferences to improve digital engagement and lead generation.
