The role emphasizes governance, responsible AI practices, and measurable outcomes. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in enterprise product management, experience with AI/ML or GenAI, and a background in regulated

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience in enterprise software, data products, or platforms.
• Experience delivering AI/ML, GenAI, or advanced analytics products, including defining requirements and coordinating release readiness.
• Experience leading cross-functional product initiatives in Agile environments, with roadmap development and backlog management.
• Experience working in regulated environments.
• Automotive or financial services industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of assigned complex AI products from requirements through release and ongoing improvement.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable success criteria.
• Lead release planning, demonstrations, and rollout readiness with business and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps for AI products within strategy and governance.
• Define success measures, analyze telemetry and adoption trends to drive product improvements.
