CFHH is seeking a Director of Development to lead a comprehensive fundraising, marketing, and communications plan. The role reports to the Executive Director and oversees gifts, events, campaigns, and grant reporting to support programs for the homeless and hungry in NW Harris County.

The candidate will drive donor cultivation, manage relationships, and ensure brand consistency across channels, including digital media, events, and annual reports.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising or development within nonprofit.
• Proven donor relationship development and gifts securing.
• Grant writing experience and campaign planning skills.
• Strong written communication and content creation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan across donors and foundations.
• Cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and community groups.
• Manage donor portfolio, recognition, database upkeep, and research.
• Identify grant opportunities and oversee fundraising events logistics.
• Lead marketing and brand strategy across all CFHH communications.
• Produce content to raise CFHH's profile and mission awareness.
• Serve as spokesperson and manage media relationships.
