LINK Houston seeks a dynamic and experienced Director of Development to advance our mission of equitable transportation and climate justice in Houston. The successful candidate will design and lead all fundraising initiatives, building strong relationships with donors and partners.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the director will manage a giving program, support grant writing, coordinate events, and collaborate with staff to ensure transparent stewardship and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Commitment to transportation equity, accessibility, diversity, inclusion, and climate justice.
• Experience building donor pipelines and fundraising programs.
• Ability to translate mission into fundraising strategies and grants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with individual and corporate donors.
• Oversee grant research, drafting, and reporting.
• Plan fundraising events and support board giving.
