Butterfly Network, Inc. seeks a seasoned engineering leader to guide the Full Stack Engineering team responsible for our Enterprise Clinical workflows platform. You will lead onshore and offshore engineers, set the technical direction, and own roadmap execution to deliver scalable, secure healthcare software.

You will partner with Product, Design, Data, Security, and Compliance to ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance and high reliability across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proven track record leading distributed engineering teams across time zones
• Strong product sense and ability to translate business problems into engineering plans
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing full stack engineering team spanning onshore and offshore
• Define and drive the technical strategy and architecture for the Enterprise Clinical workflows platform
• Own engineering roadmap execution and translate business goals into clear plans
• Recruit, retain, and develop top engineering talent and foster a healthy team culture
• Establish and evolve engineering processes: code review, on-call, incident response, cross-team collaboration
• Serve as senior technical voice, contribute to architecture decisions, evaluate new tech
• Build cross-functional relationships with Product, Design, Data, Security, and Compliance
• Drive observability, operational excellence, and HIPAA/PHI compliance across the platform
