Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering with 3–5 years in engineering leadership.
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and full stack web development at scale.
• Experience hiring, developing, and retaining senior engineering talent.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high‑performing full stack team across onshore and offshore.
• Define technical strategy and architecture for the Enterprise Clinical workflows platform.
• Own engineering roadmap execution with Product and Design.
• Establish engineering processes: code reviews, on‑call practices, and incident response.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Security, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Drive observability, operational excellence, and HIPAA/PHI compliance across the platform.
