Job summary

MODE Global seeks a Director of Pricing to establish and lead a centralized pricing capability for its freight brokerage business in North America. The role will own pricing strategy and execution for spot, email, API, agent, RFP, RFQ, and dedicated opportunities, building a repeatable pricing discipline as volumes grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pricing experience within truckload freight brokerage, 3PL, transportation, or related environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated success pricing spot freight and supporting RFP/RFQ/contract opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own daily pricing and bid execution for centralized spot opportunities across supported channels.
• Develop lane-level pricing strategies using market conditions, performance data, and margin targets.
• Lead the use of APIs and portal-based bid workflows for pricing activities.
• Partner with sales, operations, and tech teams to improve pricing data, automation, and reporting.
• Translate pricing results into clear recommendations and scalable processes.
