Job summary

Noatum Logistics is seeking a Director of Pricing, Ocean Freight to lead pricing strategy for FCL/LCL across key trade lanes. You will own governance, rate databases, and tender support while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Global Tender teams to deliver competitive, profitable solutions.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, with deep knowledge of ocean freight products, contracts, tariffs, and pricing guardrails. Join a global logistics leader with flexible U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Finance.
• 8–10 years of ocean freight pricing, NVOCC, carrier, procurement, pricing, or tender management experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership, team mentorship, or cross-functional leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of ocean freight products, carrier contracts, rate structures, tariffs, Incoterms, detention/demurrage exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead ocean pricing strategy for FCL and LCL across key trade lanes.
• Own pricing governance, rate validity standards, surcharge handling, and documentation.
• Partner with Sales, Tender Management, Ocean Product, Trade Management, and Operations to deliver solutions.
• Direct pricing support for RFQ/RFP and tender opportunities, including strategy and post-bid lessons learned.
• Oversee rate management tools and databases to maintain accurate pricing data.
