Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced head of FP&A to train and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for executive audiences. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting, translating complex data into compelling visuals and narratives.

You bring 5+ years of FP&A leadership, expert PowerPoint craftsmanship, and a proven ability to craft variance stories and executive exhibits. This is a fully remote, flexible 5–20 hour-per-week engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting.
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Produce monthly business review decks, budget/forecast presentations, variance analysis exhibits, board finance packages, long-range plan decks, and KPI dashboard slides.
