Job summary

Ethos is seeking a VP of FP&A to own executive or board reporting and craft AI-assisted presentations for monthly business reviews, budgets, forecasts, variances, and board packages. You will design, refine, and storyteller financial exhibits and KPI dashboards with expert PowerPoint craftsmanship.

The role is fully remote, flexible 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start, and requires 5+ years leading FP&A functions and strong written communication. Remote work worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting.
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling and financial exhibits.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine AI-generated presentations for monthly business reviews and KPI decks.
• Create budget/forecast slides, variance exhibits, and board finance packages.
• Collaborate to design long-range plan decks and executive-ready materials.
