Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced head of financial planning and analysis to own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting for AI-generated presentations and slide decks. The role focuses on monthly business reviews, board-ready materials, and KPI dashboards, enabling clear variance storytelling.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A, expert PowerPoint skills, and superb written communication and attention to detail. Remote, flexible 5–20 hours/week; start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting.
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting to create and refine AI-generated presentations across core decks.
• Develop and improve monthly business review decks, budget and forecast presentations, variance analyses, board finance packages, long-range plan decks, and KPI slides.
