Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Head of FP&A for paid expert engagements, focused on training AI models to generate professional presentations and slide decks. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting, crafting and refining AI-generated decks for monthly business reviews, board packets, and KPI dashboards.

Now accepting candidates for a fully remote, flexible role of 5–20 hours per week, with ASAP start. Compensation is $80/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting.
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting for AI-generated decks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across core workflows.
• Develop monthly business review decks, budget/forecast presentations, variance analyses, board packages, long-range plan decks, and KPI slides.
