Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis focused on budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting to train AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows.

The role requires 5+ years of FP&A ownership, mastery of variance storytelling, and exceptional PowerPoint craftsmanship with precise written communication. This is a fully remote, part-time engagement with an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting.
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows such as monthly business reviews, budget/forecast decks, variance exhibits, and board finance packages.
• Develop KPI dashboard slides and long-range plan decks with clear storytelling and high visual quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, clarity, and impactful executive communications.
