Job summary

Ethos is recruiting experienced heads of FP&A to guide budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting for AI-driven presentation work. You will craft and refine AI-generated slide decks across key business topics with strong storytelling and rigorous financial exhibits.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week and compensation of $80/hour, starting ASAP. You will contribute to monthly reviews, board decks, and KPI dashboards on a consultative basis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting.
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting processes.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows.
• Develop monthly business review decks, budget and forecast presentations, variance exhibits, board finance packages, long-range plan decks, and KPI dashboard slides.
