Rimkus Consulting Group is seeking a Marketing Director to shape the Forensics marketing strategy and partner with leadership to drive growth and pipeline. The role emphasizes thought leadership, credibility, and cross-functional execution across events, digital, and content programs.

You will lead a marketing team, translate complex forensic capabilities into client-focused messaging, and drive proactive market leadership for insurance, law firms, and risk managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience marketing for forensic/technical services or similar professional services.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into executable marketing plans with measurable outcomes.
• Proven leadership in building and mentoring high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Forensics Business Group marketing strategy aligned to growth and pipeline targets.
• Serve as the senior marketing thought partner to Forensics leadership and translate objectives into priorities.
• Establish annual and quarterly marketing objectives and investment plans tied to outcomes.
