Job summary

The role involves managing multi-disciplinary consulting projects, conducting field investigations and testing, acquiring data, and reviewing scientific literature to support cases and projects.

Qualifications
- Understanding of legal language, research methods, pleadings, and related matters.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a high-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a legal/proactive consulting practice.
- Complete site and product inspections.
- Meet with colleagues, clients, and professionals to discuss cases.
- Prepare expert reports, deposition summaries, and affidavits.
- Research statutes, regulations, and standards; provide written analysis.
- Organize and retrieve case files and exhibits.
- Provide deposition and trial testimony.
- Track billable hours spent on cases.
