Job summary

Rimkus is seeking a Ph.D.-level human factors professional to lead and grow a legal consulting practice. The role conducts site inspections, reviews cases with clients, and prepares expert reports and affidavits. Experience testifying in depositions and trials is preferred.

Travel is required 25-50% for field investigations and client engagements, with ongoing development of records for billable hours and project management within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of work experience in human factors litigation consulting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a legal consulting practice.
• Complete site inspections.
• Meet with colleagues, clients, and professionals to discuss cases.
• Prepare expert reports and affidavits.
• Prepare, organize, store, and retrieve case files.
