Job summary

Compass Group USA's Flik Hospitality is seeking a Chef Manager Senior to oversee back and front of house operations, maintain a high-caliber culinary program, and manage financial reporting. The role includes menu development, inventory, purchasing, labor and food cost controls, sanitation, and personnel management.

Preferred candidates have a culinary arts degree, 5+ years of progressive culinary management, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Five years progressive culinary management experience.
• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience.
• P&L and financial reporting experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back and front of house operations and lead a quality culinary program.
• Develop menus and manage inventory, purchasing, labor and food cost controls.
• Maintain sanitation standards and supervise personnel including hiring, coaching and training.
• Lead team development and ensure cost control and quality standards.
