Job summary

Ascent Hospitality seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead dining rooms, lounges, bars and catering events, ensuring exceptional guest service within a safe, clean setting and achieving financial targets.

You will hire, train and schedule staff, coordinate with the Executive Chef on menus, and partner with other departments to deliver memorable experiences for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Current food handler's card and alcohol service certifications as required by laws.
• Minimum 3 years' management experience in hospitality F&B with guest-focused operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead service staff across restaurants, lounges, bars and catering events.
• Ensure highest level of guest service in a clean, safe environment while meeting financial goals.
• Hire, train and schedule staff; communicate with kitchen and service teams.
• Control costs, monitor labor, and optimize inventory to support budget and service standards.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu planning and pricing; coordinate events and special promotions.
