You will be responsible for developing menus, creating memorable guest experiences, and ensuring top-tier service standards across multiple venues.

The ideal candidate brings a proven leadership record in hotel F&B, strong financial acumen, and a passion for innovative concepts that enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in food & beverage management, hotels preferred.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data into an operational plan.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Ability to create and execute unique food & beverage concepts.
• Knowledge of industry trends and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
