Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Operations Manager for the Fleet Reliability Operations team. You will lead a 24/7 team responsible for provisioning, updating and triaging server nodes, and drive automation and observability improvements for a rapidly scaling fleet.

You will mentor engineers, socialize standard processes, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure reliability and customer satisfaction. This role offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced AI cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in software or infrastructure engineering with at least two years in a leadership role.
• Experience with SRE fundamentals, incident management, blameless culture and observability.
• Advocate for automation and cross-team processes and tooling.
• Strong people-focused leadership and ability to influence peers and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a 24/7 team of reliability engineers focused on observability and process.
• Socialize and document clear provisioning, validation and troubleshooting for server nodes.
• Drive automation and event-driven remediation to improve fleet reliability.
• Provide 24/7 engineering support for high-criticality node delivery and maintenance.
• Lead onboarding, enablement, performance management and career growth for team members.
• Shape culture, communication and collaboration across CoreWeave.
