Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Operations Manager for the Fleet Reliability Operations Team to lead a 24/7 group responsible for provisioning, updating and triaging server nodes. The role demands driving automation, observability, and cross-team collaboration to scale our fleet as we grow.

You will partner with leadership to onboard and train engineers, champion reliability, and ensure high customer satisfaction while shaping processes and culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in software or infrastructure engineering, with at least two years in a leadership capacity.
• Background includes SRE fundamentals, incident management, blameless culture, observability, and change management.
• Champions automation and cross-team processes to improve reliability and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a 24/7 team focused on reliability and observability.
• Socialize and document clear provisioning, validation, and troubleshooting processes for server nodes.
• Drive automation improvements and event-driven remediation across the fleet lifecycle.
• Provide 24/7 engineering support for high‑priority node delivery and maintenance.
• Develop onboarding, enablement, and performance management programs for the team.
• Set the tone and culture for communication and collaboration across CoreWeave.
