Job summary
CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking an Operations Manager for the Fleet Reliability Operations Team. You will lead a 24/7, process-driven group responsible for provisioning, updating, and triaging server nodes, and for driving automation and observability across the fleet.
You will develop a strong pipeline of talent, manage onboarding and training, and champion reliability and customer satisfaction while partnering with cross-functional teams to scale as the fleet grows.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in software or infrastructure engineering
- 2+ years in a leadership capacity
- Knowledge of SRE fundamentals, incident management, observability, and change management
- Advocate for automation to improve reliability and drive cross-team tooling
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a 24/7 team of reliability engineers.
- Socialize and document clear provisioning, validation, and troubleshooting processes.
- Drive automation improvements and event-driven remediation.
- Provide 24/7 engineering support for high-criticality node delivery and maintenance.
- Own onboarding, enablement, and performance management for the team.
- Shape culture and communication standards to drive reliability and customer satisfaction.
