Job summary

CoreWeave, a leading AI cloud provider, seeks a Senior Software Engineer for the Fleet Provisioning Automation team. You will design and build backend services in Go, implement gRPC APIs, and develop Kubernetes CRDs to automate provisioning and lifecycle management across CoreWeave’s global bare-metal fleet.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software or infra engineering experience in production backend services.
• Proficiency in Go for building networked services and APIs (gRPC/REST).
• Experience designing distributed systems with concurrency and resiliency.
• Strong Linux systems understanding and debugging skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes APIs and CRDs, plus CI/CD tooling (Argo/Flux/GitHub Actions).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services and APIs (Go, gRPC) for provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Develop Kubernetes CRDs to automate provisioning and lifecycle across the fleet.
• Model RPC schemas and data contracts for cross-team integration.
• Integrate with vendor/internal APIs to coordinate hardware and data center processes.
• Collaborate with hardware, data center, and platform teams to scale multi-site deployments.
• Create test plans, deployment automation, and tooling for safe rollouts and improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response improvements.
