CoreWeave is building the world's largest AI infrastructure platform. We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of our compute fleet—from handover through provisioning, validation, and readiness into steady-state operations.

You will coordinate with Compute, Networking, Data Center, Fleet Ops, Product, Go-to-Market, and Capacity Planning to set scope, dependencies, and timelines, delivering concrete Fleet delivery plans and ownership across engineering and operations.

Qualifications

• Lead complex compute infrastructure deployment programs.
• Translate business/customer requirements into delivery plans.
• Develop and track readiness, milestones, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fleet delivery programs from handover through provisioning, validation, and acceptance.
• Partner with Product, Go-to-Market, and Capacity Planning to translate requirements into actionable Fleet delivery plans.
• Maintain an integrated view of delivery commitments, forecasts, dependencies, blockers, and accountable owners.
• Assess gaps between demand and delivery capabilities; drive mitigation options and prioritization.
