Princess Cruises is seeking a Director, Entertainment Operations to lead the development and implementation of fleet-wide entertainment programming, ensuring cohesive scheduling and high-quality experiences across all ships. You will oversee music, enrichment, activities, and guest entertainers, guiding the team and coordinating with Marketing and Hotel Operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Entertainment Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in entertainment operations, programming management, or entertainment production.
• Experience managing a multi-functional team across programming, talent booking, and operations.
• Knowledge of shipboard scheduling (Patter) and Princess app.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own development and enforcement of fleet-wide entertainment programming guidelines and scheduling standards.
• Provide shoreside accountability for Cruise Director performance and programming execution.
• Oversee music, enrichment, activities, and guest-entertainer programs across the fleet.
• Lead coordination of pre-cruise marketing and guest communications for entertainment.
