Job summary

Princess Cruises is seeking a Manager, Enrichment to lead the fleet-wide signature Enrichment program. You will curate destination-focused experiences and manage enrichment presenter recruitment, scheduling, and talent relationships to ensure high-quality guest experiences across voyages.

You will develop programming standards, collaborate with Entertainment Operations and shipboard teams, and ensure enrichment is effectively represented in communications and apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Communications, Entertainment, Education, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree or professional development in entertainment programming is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and rollout of Princess Cruises' fleet-wide enrichment program reflecting destinations, trades, and guest demographics.
• Oversee recruitment, scheduling, and management of enrichment presenters and talent.
• Develop guidelines, standards, and playbooks for shipboard teams to deliver enrichment consistently across the fleet.
• Coordinate with Entertainment Operations, shipboard teams, and communications partners to ensure visibility in Princess Patter, app, and pre-cruise communications.
• Monitor guest feedback and adapt programming to evolving guest preferences and industry trends.
• Manage enrichment budget, talent fees, scheduling costs, and vendor contracts in line with policy.
