Princess Cruises is hiring a Manager, Enrichment to design and execute a fleet-wide signature enrichment program across all voyages. Based shoreside, you will recruit and manage enrichment presenters, set standards, and coordinate with Cruise Directors, music, activities, and guest entertainers to deliver compelling, destination-focused experiences.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or higher in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing and managing destination-focused programming in cruise or hospitality.
• Experience recruiting, contracting, scheduling, and managing a talent roster.

Mansioni

• Develop, refine, and rollout the fleet-wide signature Enrichment program across the Princess Cruises fleet.
• Recruit, schedule, onboard, and manage enrichment presenters and talent.
• Create guidelines, standards, and playbooks for shipboard teams to ensure consistency.
• Coordinate with Cruise Directors, music, activities, and guest entertainment for integrated programming.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and benchmark against trends; drive continuous improvement.
• Manage annual operating budget for enrichment, including talent fees and scheduling costs.
• Document calendars, contracts, and operational records; ensure accurate representation in communications.
