Job summary

Princess Cruises seeks a Senior Production Manager to oversee all production elements for Broadway-style shows aboard our global fleet. You will lead a team of up to 20 professionals across lighting, sound, video, automation, set pieces, and rehearsals to deliver outstanding guest entertainment.

This role emphasizes safety, risk assessment, scheduling, and strong leadership in a multicultural onboard environment, coordinating with the Head of Entertainment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a theatre degree or diploma with stage management/technical direction emphasis.
• Or at least 3 years' professional theatre or live events experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production elements (lighting, audio, video, rigging, scenery, flying, rehearsals).
• Lead a team of up to 20 staff and ensure safe, high‑quality entertainment onboard.
• Conduct showcalls and manage all production requirements across shows.
• Prioritize safety with risk assessments, inventory control and scheduling.
