Job summary

Princess Cruises is seeking a Manager, Enrichment to lead the fleet-wide signature Enrichment program, curating culturally relevant content that engages guests while staying separate from revenue activities.

The role manages recruitment, scheduling, budgets, contracts, and cross-functional collaboration with Entertainment Operations, shipboard teams, and communications partners to ensure high-quality delivery across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Communications, Entertainment, Education, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Advanced degree or professional development in entertainment programming, cultural programming, or hospitality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and rollout of enrichment programming fleet-wide, reflecting destinations and guest demographics.
• Build enrichment categories: talks, workshops, port talks, tours, music, trivia, and on-demand content.
• Develop guidelines and playbooks for shipboard teams to ensure consistent delivery.
• Coordinate programming regionally to fit itineraries across trades and ships.
