Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a strategic leader to drive go-to-market for fintech and AI solutions in Richardson, TX.

You will own the commercial engine, pricing, packaging and launch playbooks, with Marketing as a close partner to ensure successful market adoption across PMCs and residents. You will build a scalable GTM operating model, lead analytics-driven growth, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and product teams to optimize revenue growth through a powerful PMC channel and resident

Qualifications

10+ years driving commercial fintech/B2B2C or AI-powered product growth at scale.
Proven track record launching and scaling fintech/AI products with a growth/ revenue ownership.
Deep fluency in pricing, packaging, unit economics and funnel analytics.

Responsibilities

Own GTM for fintech and AI solutions from segmentation to launch and scale.
Make PMCs a growth channel by designing adoption journeys and incentives.
Own pricing, bundling and packaging strategy for different segments and PMC types.
Co-own with Marketing a repeatable launch playbook with clear ownership and success criteria.
Turn Resident AI capabilities into value narratives and adoption plays for PMCs and residents.
Run the funnel end to end: awareness, activation, conversion, adoption and retention.
Equip PMC teams and Sales to effectively sell, support and advocate for the solutions.
