Metrea is seeking a Head of Financial Systems to lead the finance systems landscape, data and reporting across a fast-scaling, multi-entity organization. You will drive AI-driven automation, strengthen controls and enable faster, more reliable financial insight in a global context.

You will oversee system selection and rollout, partner with Controlling, Treasury and FP&A, and manage a distributed team across time zones. Hybrid work, based in London or DC with travel to other offices.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience leading finance transformation programs.
• Experience implementing AI/automation in finance processes.

Responsabilités

• Own finance systems landscape and governance across the enterprise.
• Lead AI-driven automation initiatives to improve month-end, reporting and reconciliation.
• Drive post-acquisition integration of finance systems and data after M&A.
• Lead a globally distributed Financial Systems team and develop talent across time zones.
